1. Email me at [email protected] detailing:
a) desired commission type
(e.g. Pencil Illustration)
b) written description of subject matter
(e.g. my oc is a star dragon, with a deep blue body and...)
c) reference images of subject matter
(e.g. attached is my oc's reference sheet...)
(e.g. attached is an image of your previous work, as I like how you used...)
d) written proof of your understanding of and agreement to my TOS
(e.g. I have read, understood and agree with your TOS)

If you are interested in commissioning me, please ensure you have carefully read & understood the below TOS.

SECTION I. GENERAL TERMS
1. Please do email me if you would like further clarification to understand my TOS.
2. By commissioning me, you confirm that you understand and abide to my TOS.
3. Harassment and other toxic behaviours are not tolerated.
4. If any of my terms are broken, your commission will be cancelled or redacted (meaning you cannot use any part of the commission for any purposes). You will be added to my blacklist and appropriately reported or publicly called out.
5. This TOS may be updated at any time, and applies to all commissions past and present.

SECTION II. IMAGE COPYRIGHT1. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. These include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
2. All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or people (i.e. social media pages) is prohibited.
3. The client has my permission to repost the artwork as long as proper credit is given(a link back to any of my socials) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
4. The client has my permission to print the artwork (e.g. as a personal sticker or badge) as long as proper credit is given and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
5. I reserve the right to repurpose rejected WIP sketches and cancelled commissions, for other commissions or personal works.
6. Prohibited Actions
- Do not alter my artwork in any way without my written permission. With the exception of resizing the image, and cropping for icons.
- Do not use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image, without proper credit (a link back to any of my socials).
- Do not claim my artwork as your own.

SECTION III. PAYMENT INFORMATION1. I accept upfront payment in USD and AUD via bank transfer or Paypal.
2. You will be given 48 hours to pay after commission confirmation, otherwise the commission will be cancelled.
3. Refund Policy
- If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
- If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be up to 50% if in the sketch stage.
- No refunds will be given for commissions past the sketch stage.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
- If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.

SECTION IV. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION1. Discussion of commissions can be conducted via email. If other forms of communication are preferred, it can be discussed through email first.
2. Visual Reference Guidelines
- Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference. Please supplement the visual reference with any important information, visual and/or written, that I may need to know to best draw the character.
- If you do not provide a clear character reference, understand I may be unable to accurately draw the character.

SECTION V. WILL/WON'T DRAW1. Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw.
I will specify whether or not I am comfortable with your concept when discussing your commission.
Keep my art style in mind when ordering: I am skilled with feral dragons, avians, canines and felines. Species outside of this comfort zone may be of lesser quality.
2. I am comfortable with drawing:
- feral - OCs, pets, etc.
- anthro
- human/humanoid
- fan characters
However, I will not draw the following, and asking me to draw these will result in being added to my blacklist:
- another artist's style
- nsfw
- fetish
- detailed mecha
- strong gore
- bigotry

SECTION VI. WORKFLOW PROCESS1. I work best when given a bit of artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide.
2. Estimated date to completion.
- Completion is estimated to take 2 weeks.
- If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
- If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund.
3. Works in Progress (WIPs).
- Commissions over 50AUD will include sketch approval stages.
- Progress will be paused until the WIP sketch is confirmed.
4. Revisions and edits.
- If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
- After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.
5. If you do not want me to post your commission online, you will incur am additional 1% fee. You must tell me when you order.
